Our machining shop is set for low-labor flexible automation.
Therefore we work with our customers in order to produce complex parts with a minimum of process steps.

Geometry, judicious use of tolerances, choice of raw material and standardization of tooling and clamping devices are crucial for this setup.
On top of that, we offer some specialized operations:
- Automated turning of magnesium
- Vertical milling with Z-axis up to 3 meter
- Diverse grinding operations: round, centerless and flat surface grinding.
Solid production engineering!
Production engineering ensures good control of the production processes through integrated management of:
- Part geometry (we process all current CAD-formats: STEP, IGES, SAT, DXF, etc.)
- CNC programs (generated and simulated by means of 3D CAM software)
- Tools
- Clamping devices
The numbers tell the tale.
Our operators are our primary inspectors, and all measuring tools required are available to them.
Of course, they are supported by a professional QA service, with (amongst others) two 3D measuring machines.
